Hertz read my post…they are addressing the situation

Well guess what…Hertz contacted me yesterday because they saw my post about my recent advenures. A very efficient lady from their European Customer Services department told me that she was embarrassed on behalf of Hertz that I had been treated this way, especially since I am a regular customer.
I am currently working things out with her and I really do hope that she can use my feedback to convince her management to try to improve the way things work.
If they do this, I kbelieve they will very quickly find that not only do they create “customer delight” but that they will save costs and increase their profits as a result.
That is a real win-win situation. So much for Blogs!!!
